Ari Roberts
Founder and President
Founder of MatchPoint Tennis in 2001, Roberts is a USTA National Coach, being the head coach of both Junior World Team Tennis and 14 and Under Zonal team for USTA Eastern. He currently oversees a junior program of more than 200 juniors per week.

Justin Satkowski
High Performance Tennis Instructor
A graduate of Dartmouth, he served as the head coach for woman’s tennis at Marist. He also coached the Mount St. Mary Men's Tennis program for years where they set records for all time win's. Satkowski coached the Hudson Valley Team for the Empire State Games taking home the Gold.
Owen Slevin
Tennis Instructor
A graduate at Suny Orange with an associate in science and certification in engineering and architecture. Owen has played tennis his whole life. Has experience in singles and doubles and started diving deeper into the sport with a new passion during 2020's COVID quarantine. Owen has been teaching at Matchpoint Tennis since 2021. He enjoys and works well with beginner, intermediate, and advanced players of all ages. He teaches group, semi-private, and private lessons as well as clinics for all ages/skill levels.
Peter Krasinski
High Performance Director
A graduate of the University at Albany with a BS in Human Biology, Peter has been with MatchPoint since 2015 and helped lead adult and junior programming since 2017. Peter has an expertise in optimal bio mechanical athletic movement in multiple sports as well as precise technical execution which has led him to coach multiple section 9 champions, USTA nationally recognized juniors and 5.0 NTR adults. He works with player of all levels and ages to uncover maximum potential in tennis as well as athletics: through a technically rich and tennis strategy strong development path, while maintaining the goal of enjoyment and passion for the game.

George Mouakad
Tennis Instructor
A PTR certified tennis pro at the professional level, George served as the Head Tennis Professional at Orange Hollow Racquet Club & Fitness Club for 30 Years. George enjoys working with players of all skill levels and takes pride in seeing players develop a passion for the great game of tennis. He is excited to join MatchPoint Tennis and share his teaching knowledge and love of the lifelong game of tennis.

Jackson Kincheloe

Jackson started teaching tennis in 2005 at the Oneonta Tennis Club. He played high school tennis in Stamford, NY, and college tennis at SUNY New Paltz. He has been certified by USPTA and PTR. His love for the game helps students of all levels reach for their fullest potential.

Carlos De La Rosa
Tennis and Pickleball Instructor
Carlos originally hails from Venezuela. He has been involved in sports his whole life, with tennis playing a fundamental role since his youth. Carlos played competitively for 15 years at both state and national levels. In New York, he has also excelled in pickleball, reaching a 4.0 skill level and participating in both competitive and social events. Carlos instructs both tennis and pickleball and specializes in coaching beginner junior and adult players, with a focus on developing a solid skill set for greater success in both sports. He is 45 years old, father of two daughters, and currently reside in Washingtonville, NY, where he continues to pursue his passion for sports.
Laura Gabella
Pickleball and Tennis Director​
Laura is USAPA certified professional and has been teaching tennis to adults and juniors locally for over 2 decades and has been instructing pickleball for 5 years. She played tennis collegiately at both SUNY Orange and Pace University, where she played at the number one singles and doubles positions at both schools. Her collegiate accolates include, NJCAA Women's National Champion singles and doubles (2002); 2008 USTA National Grass Court Championships Bronze Ball winner; and 2017 SUNY Orange Athletics Hall of Fame for the winningest female tennis player in school history. After college, Laura has been on several USTA tennis Women’s and Mixed Doubles playoff teams and competes currently in local and national pickleball tournaments.
